One reason how it shapes or makes a person is if you see a man and what he is wearing is a cow boy hat a pare of jeans and has a shirt on you kinda want to think that he is a cowboy right. Or what if you saw a guy on the street and his clothes on are dirty and ripped or are not taken care of then you start to think that it is a homeless person or is a person that can not afford the money to clean or to change into another pare.
Now let's stop talking about the homeless or the pure and move on. Lets say your at a printing company or any other sort of company. You are in the back where there are not as many offices as there are in the front. But you look at the people and what they are wearing ,and you notes that the people are not as fashionable. They are more in rough clothes because they mite get dirty with paint or some ink or some dust.
Another reason why I think that clothes make or shape a man is what he is wearing mite change his or her personality. If you were to take a man and put some clothes from a pirate and put it on him he mite change his personality to a pirates personality. It's like watching the TV show bugs bunny. There is this one episode that bugs bunny is always changing hats and every hat he gets the personality of the hat changes his.
